It depends on the site, the city and how long you run. Every listing on this site publishes its rate for a two-week campaign, so you can compare positions directly without asking us first. Rates are confirmed in writing on your quote before any payment is made.
The rate shown on each listing is the media cost for a two-week campaign, and it is the figure we quote. Combining several sites into one campaign is priced on the quote as a package, which is usually better than the individual rates added together. Any change is confirmed with you in writing before you commit.
Yes, a deposit confirms the booking and holds your sites for the dates you have chosen. The exact percentage and the balance due date are set out in writing on your quote, so you know the terms before you pay anything. Ask us and we will confirm them for your campaign.
Send us the brief — what you are promoting, where, and roughly when. We come back with suitable sites, their rates and their availability, and a deposit confirms the booking. Nothing is committed until you approve the quote, so browsing and enquiring costs you nothing.
On digital screens, 15 minutes after creative approval and payment confirmation. Static boards are printed and installed, and are booked by the month, so they follow a production and installation timeline.
Your creative is checked against our content and file specifications, and once it is approved and your payment is confirmed, your digital campaign goes live within 15 minutes.
Two weeks, across our entire network. Campaigns are built around that fortnight and the rates published on each listing are for it. Longer runs are priced on the quote and usually improve the per-week cost, so a four-week campaign is not simply double the two-week figure.
Yes, and for a launch it is often the right approach — several premium positions at once make a new product hard to miss. Multi-site campaigns are priced as a combined package on your quote, which is typically better value than booking the same sites one at a time.
Talk to us as early as possible. What is possible depends on how far your campaign has progressed and whether the creative has already gone to print or been scheduled. Any cancellation terms are stated on your quote, so you know them before you commit rather than after.
MP4, GIF, JPEG and PNG are the formats we accept across the network. Resolution, aspect ratio and duration vary by screen, and each listing publishes its own specification. Send us your creative and we will check it against the target screen before go-live, so a file that would display badly is caught in time to fix it.
We can advise on what each screen needs and flag anything that will not display correctly, which is the part that most often causes problems. Designing artwork from scratch is a separate service — tell us what you have and we will be straight about whether you need help with it.
For digital screens, yes — the creative is sent to the screen remotely, so it can be updated while the campaign is running rather than being fixed for its full duration. Talk to us about what you need and we will confirm what is feasible for the specific screens you have booked.
Reach figures are based on an independent traffic survey of each site's position and the volume of traffic passing it. They are an estimate of the audience a site carries per week, published on every listing so you can compare positions. They describe opportunity, not a guaranteed number of impressions your campaign will deliver.
Start from who you need to reach rather than the biggest available board. A brand targeting corporate buyers usually does better on the island's business streets, while a mass-market consumer product may work harder on the mainland. Browse Abuja or Lagos listings to compare positions, or ask us and we will recommend honestly.
We tell you immediately. You then choose between a comparable replacement position for the remaining period at no extra cost, or a refund for the time the site did not run. Which of the two you take is your call, not ours.
We tell you when each site goes live, and your campaign runs on the dates set out in your quote. You do not have to chase us for confirmation that the work started — if anything changes, you hear it from us first rather than discovering it yourself.
Yes. After the campaign you receive a report showing your creative on each site it ran on, with the dates it was live. It is your evidence that the campaign was delivered as booked, and it is included rather than sold as an extra.
Every call and email is answered within 24 hours.
