SOTOE Inventory Partnership Programme

Your Billboard Deserves More Than Just Visibility. It Deserves Market Access.

Your advertising inventory could be part of something bigger.

SOTOE connects billboard owners and advertising inventory providers with businesses, agencies and advertisers looking to execute campaigns across strategic locations and multiple advertising environments.

Through our Inventory Partnership Programme, your advertising assets can be verified, professionally presented, incorporated into relevant campaign packages and recommended to prospective advertisers.

We don't just list advertising spaces. We create opportunities for inventory to become part of bigger advertising campaigns.

For billboard owners, outdoor advertising operators, digital screen providers and authorised inventory representatives.

Your Inventory. Our Network. More Commercial Opportunities.

Becoming a SOTOE inventory partner gives your advertising assets access to a structured platform designed to connect available advertising spaces with real campaign requirements.

01

SOTOE Verified Inventory

Give advertisers more confidence in what they are booking.

Eligible inventory undergoes SOTOE's onboarding and verification process. Once the required checks are completed, approved advertising assets receive a SOTOE Verified designation. Verification may cover ownership or authorisation evidence, location information, photographs, specifications and availability information.

02

Inclusion in Multi-Location Campaign Packages

Your billboard could become part of a much bigger campaign.

Advertisers increasingly look beyond individual billboard locations. They want coordinated campaigns across neighbourhoods, cities, audience segments and advertising environments. SOTOE develops packages that can combine multiple billboard locations and multimedia opportunities — and your eligible boards can be considered for inclusion in relevant proposals.

03

Curated Listings and Priority Recommendations

Be considered when advertisers are searching for the right locations.

Depending on the partnership tier, inventory suitability and campaign requirements, your boards may benefit from:

  • Featured inventory placement.
  • Curated location recommendations.
  • Inclusion in recommended billboard selections.
  • Priority consideration in relevant client proposals.
  • Placement in selected premium inventory collections.
  • Recommendations based on advertiser location and audience requirements.
04

Access to a Wider Advertiser Network

Let more businesses discover your advertising spaces.

SOTOE serves businesses, marketing agencies, media buyers, event organisers, real estate companies, SMEs, startups and established brands looking for advertising opportunities. Your inventory becomes part of a wider network through which prospective advertisers can explore available spaces and submit campaign enquiries.

05

Professional Inventory Presentation

Present your assets in a way that communicates their value.

We organise and present approved inventory using relevant information such as:

  • Location and address.
  • Advertising format.
  • Billboard dimensions and screen specifications.
  • Available advertising faces.
  • Photographs and visual presentation.
  • Commercial rates and booking durations.
  • Availability status.
  • Relevant audience and location information, where available.
06

Multiple Commercial Opportunities

Your inventory can serve more than one advertising requirement.

Your boards may be considered for individual bookings, multi-location campaigns, bundled advertising proposals and other relevant campaign opportunities. SOTOE aims to connect available inventory with the advertising requirements of prospective clients.

07

A Long-Term Partnership

Grow with a platform designed around advertising inventory.

Our intention is to build lasting relationships with reliable inventory providers. As SOTOE expands its advertiser network and campaign distribution capabilities, our inventory partners can benefit from continued opportunities to participate in relevant advertising campaigns.

Placement and recommendations are determined by factors including location, availability, suitability, inventory quality, campaign requirements and applicable partnership arrangements.

From Individual Billboard to Campaign Opportunity.

Seven steps, in the order they happen. Each one states what happens and who does it — no step promises a timeline we have not agreed with you.

  1. You submit your inventory

Provide your advertising locations, photographs, specifications and commercial information.

  2. SOTOE assesses and verifies

We review the submitted information and complete the applicable verification requirements.

  3. Your inventory is onboarded

Your approved assets are organised, categorised and prepared for presentation.

  4. Your boards enter our inventory network

Eligible listings become available for discovery and consideration through relevant SOTOE sales channels.

  5. Your boards are considered for campaigns

We curate suitable inventory for individual advertiser enquiries, multi-location packages and multimedia campaign proposals.

  6. Enquiries and bookings are coordinated

Where a prospective client expresses interest, SOTOE coordinates the relevant commercial discussions and booking process with you.

  7. Commercial settlement follows agreed terms

Once a booking is completed and the applicable payment conditions are fulfilled, commissions and partner settlements are handled according to the agreed commercial arrangement.

Structured Onboarding. Different Levels of Partnership.

Every advertising asset is different. A single LED screen, a portfolio of static billboards and a network of indoor advertising displays do not require the same onboarding resources. For this reason, SOTOE operates a tier-based onboarding structure.

Your applicable onboarding package and fee are determined by:

What sets the package

  • The selected partnership tier.
  • The type of advertising inventory.
  • The number of billboards or advertising assets submitted.
  • The complexity of the inventory portfolio.
  • The verification and documentation requirements.
  • The scope of listing preparation and presentation services.

What the package may cover

  • Inventory registration and partner profiling.
  • Ownership or authorisation documentation review.
  • Location and asset verification.
  • Inventory classification and categorisation.
  • Photographic and specification organisation.
  • Digital listing preparation.
  • SOTOE Verified designation for eligible approved inventory.
  • Inclusion in relevant inventory discovery channels.
  • Curated recommendations and campaign consideration.
  • Applicable partner support and listing administration.

How much does onboarding cost?

Onboarding is a paid service. There is no single flat fee for every inventory partner. Fees are determined by the applicable partnership tier, inventory category, number of advertising assets and scope of onboarding services.

Once your submission has been reviewed, our team will recommend or confirm the appropriate package and communicate the applicable fee. You will receive the package details, inclusions and commercial terms before making payment.

Package fees are separate from any commissions applicable to successfully facilitated advertising transactions.

Shared Opportunities. Transparent Commercial Terms.

SOTOE operates a commercial partnership model in which inventory onboarding fees and transaction commissions serve different purposes.

Component one

Onboarding Fees

An onboarding fee covers the agreed services required to assess, verify, organise and prepare your inventory for participation in the SOTOE platform. The applicable fee is determined by your partnership tier, inventory type, portfolio size and onboarding requirements.

Component two

Transaction Commissions

Where SOTOE successfully facilitates an advertising booking involving your inventory, a commission may apply in accordance with the agreed partnership terms. This commission compensates SOTOE for its role in:

  • Advertiser acquisition and lead generation.
  • Campaign development and packaging.
  • Inventory matching and recommendations.
  • Advertising enquiries and booking coordination.
  • Commercial administration and transaction facilitation.

Agreed up front

Transparent Partner Settlements

Before onboarding is completed, the applicable commission structure and settlement arrangements will be communicated and agreed upon. Your partnership agreement will establish:

  • The applicable commission basis.
  • How commissions are calculated.
  • When commission becomes payable.
  • Payment collection arrangements.
  • Partner settlement procedures.
  • Any applicable deductions or additional charges.

Our objective is to establish commercially sustainable relationships in which both SOTOE and its inventory partners benefit from successfully facilitated advertising transactions.
